This programme is part of a series of programmes that was used by ghouls pomps in the early Nineties to achieve significant financial turnround of the company in a relatively short time. Total Quality among the other programmes in the series was described by the company's chief executive Steve Ardia as “required a white knuckle viewing for all employees”.
