Mr. Ware recently completed a successful assignment to reposition a medium sized ($60 million) privately held Vetronix Corporation www.vetronix.com to create growth through the expansion of existing products and by exploiting new technology and market opportunities. This established a sustaining and defensible business model. The marketing and brand building business development efforts resulted in the company attracting the attention of IBM, Federal Express, Ford, Cisco, Verizon and Bosch GmbH with the eventual acquisition of the company by Bosch GmbH, the second largest automotive supplier in the world.
The major new business expansion opportunities resulted from integrating the existing product offerings with new internet and wireless technology to create an automotive information services company based upon business process optimization, electronic diagnostics, GPS, utilizing wireless transmission infrastructure, and aerospace telemetry technology.
Mr. Ware's greatest strength is leading and building a management team, process and culture. He focuses on developing and executing a pragmatic vision and realistic strategy that builds upon the company's people, product, market position and technology strengths.

- Seasoned, hands-on Senior Operating Executive with forty years of increasing General Management responsibility in the global engineered products industry with P&L responsibility for Groups made up of multiple divisions or wholly owned subsidiaries. Experience includes both start up companies and mature multi-national businesses with annual plans that exceeded $500 million. Significant international business acumen acquired through responsibility for customers, suppliers and distribution channels on a world-wide basis. Historically many roles have required a leader of successful new business development requiring innovative methods to develop special customer relationships to achieve ambitious financial results.
- Carried the corporate mantle with customers, strategic partners, employees, suppliers and the investment community, in addition to being responsible for and leading every aspect of product design, development, manufacture, quality, sales, services, marketing, financial management and investor relations. Served on Boards and participated at the Board level for over ten years. Equally comfortable operating within the customer's domain, the boardroom or factory floor.
- Management experience covers many sectors and segments across the engineered products industry including; Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), OEM franchised distributors and dealerships and independent mechanical/electrical service centers.
