Organisational Audit

MillenniaVision specialises in carrying out an independent internal organisation audit. The objective is to clearly define the structure of the organisation and to gain a clear understanding of the institutional dynamics that interact to produce the organisation's strengths and weaknesses.

This fact finding process then provides the basis for consultation with the organisation to determine how an intellectual team based structure consisting of steering, problem solving, improvement and working teams can be implemented.

The organisational audit will also examine other important issues relating to the governance of the organisation, highlighting obstacles and challenges that will need to be addressed as the process of organisational development is implemented.
