This process involves a series of recorded in-depth interviews with key employees across the organisation with the object of independently profiling these employees. The output of this work is then mapped to the organisational audit to complete the picture of highlighting strengths and weaknesses within the organisation and to provide the basis for developing a consultative team based organisation.

From experience it has been found that this process is extremely beneficial, not only in the information it generates but also the actual process itself creates a stimulus throughout the organisation by creating a new communication channel that is invariably considered to be enormously beneficial to both the employee and the organisation.
